This 3,500 square foot, three bedroom home with front and rear bonus rooms and 4 ½ baths, is innovatively designed with flexible spaces to suit the individual desires of empty nesters or a growing family.

As you embrace the gorgeous hickory wood plank flooring surrounded by sedate gray walls, the design team sets the tone for a coastal blend of classic traditions and modern design. "Grand Living" is highlighted with a baby grand piano as you escape from the ordinary.
To accommodate an exterior elevation revision, the merchandisers were challenged using craftsmanship of a window seat with wainscoting and trim. This welcoming conversion from the dining room to a masterful music room really takes your breath away!
Breezy linens, charcoals, and touches of minty blues tame the chaos in this well-dressed family room.

Large 3" white slat shutters allow sunlight to peek onto the king size resort bed. A mirrored bar and chaise lounge are nestled in the optional bay. As the luxury overflows into the bath with offset 20 x 20-inch creamy gray tile, the design team leaves a lasting impression in the frameless shower by inserting a decorative wall panel of arabesque glass outlined in blue glass liners complimenting the blue pearl granite. Soft shadings over the tub provide the needed privacy, allowing beachside light to filter through for this escape to joy.
The next chapter begins in the front bonus room with bright and colorful celery greens married with indigo blue.
Travel inspired with a crush on Paris has a double vision of paired twin beds, benches and geometric wallcoverings that frame the headboards to complete the story line.
